Flowers

Benj surprised us and brought home flowers for each of us today. Turns out Anne was a bit distraught that Ella got the all pink flower, and her rose was white with pink tips. Look out teenage years!!!
 Mary and Ella, however,  were gleeful and appreciative. Thanks for being such a wonderful and thoughtful husband and father, Benj. We are so blessed (and spoiled!) by you.

Oh, and here's a picture of the bouquet from our actual anniversary. I love the flowers here!

Flowers

On our way home from Metro today (four visits in five days!) we saw these Babushkas selling flowers.

It was Ally's idea to stop (actually we made it all the way back to our apartment before we had the courage to ask Igor the driver take us back), take pictures, and smell the flowers.

Of course you can't buy a bouquet from one Babushka and not the other three - so we left with four bunches, and Ally arranged a great center piece.
