Thanksgiving

 The Turkey Trot was a highlight ... As was the Thanksgiving show ... incredible spread Susie prepared ... and of course the fact that Daddy made it home very early that morning.

We have much to be thankful for!

November

We missed Benj tremendously while we were apart - but kept busy as we counted the things we're grateful for and awaited his Thanksgiving return. 

Anne loves tools and her sharks.

 Mary loves babies (especially her baby cousin), is trying to give up naps, and dress-up! 

 The other discovery ... a LOT with a view. 

 I think "Meagan of Sunset Hollow" has a catchy ring to it ... Like "Anne of Windy Poplar."

Zoo

While the weather was nice, we made a couple of trips to the Salt Lake Zoo - once before Benj headed back to Lviv, and twice in November.

We had a great time with Aunt Amy and Baby Elizabeth. The giraffes are Mary's favorite:) ... and we all agree they're pretty majestic! The tigers, elephants, bears, and sea life are impressive too.

We also had fun visiting the zoo with our neighbor MaryAnne and her cute daughter...

 Just in time too - because the next day it began snowing and didn't stop for three days straight!
