Tea at the Grand America

We had a grand time at afternoon tea...
Not sure exactly how this annual tradition started, but once a year we do this 4-generation tea party.
In SF we went to the Neiman Marcus Rotundra ...
in Scottsdale, Teddy-Bear tea at the Ritz Carlton ...
and now SLC's Grand America.

The food (gourmet finger sandwiches and treats) was delicious and surprisingly filling.

The tea and hot-chocolate was excellent, and the most comprehensive herbal tea list I've ever seen!

Now that I've shared some of our more posed pictures from the 2.5 hour tea, I'll show you how we actually spent most of that time ...

 
Arguably a 6 and older outing:) ... oh well!
And yes, of course the posh toy & candy store where Mary spent most of tea time (besides the bathroom).
